Problem: Welcome to Gaia lacked product photos, a structured website, and an affiliate program, limiting their potential to attract customers and affiliates.
Solution: Captured high-quality product photos and redesigned the website to include an affiliate program, allowing new affiliates to join and promote Gaia’s products. Added a point system to reward purchases, encouraging repeat business.
Problem: Navigation was cluttered, making it challenging for customers to browse categories and locate popular items.
Solution: Introduced a mega menu for organized, easy navigation and created dedicated landing pages for high-demand items, like the angel number necklace, ensuring quick access to popular products and improving conversion rates.
Problem: With limited SEO efforts, Gaia’s blog and product content had low visibility, impacting organic reach.
Solution: Provided SEO services, leading to top-three Google rankings for a featured product photo. Implemented an on-page search menu showing items as users type, enhancing user experience and helping customers find what they need faster. Social media product videos were created to boost engagement and visibility across platforms.
